We've just exchanged on a house purchased through Central, and they have been very helpful, communicative and supportive throughout the process.

We were looking for quite a long time and had a few interactions with Central on different properties, where the approach from some sales agents was blunt and on occasion plain rude (which is why this isn't 5*).

But from the time we got in touch about this house, Shah was very helpful and provided the info we needed to make this big decision. We were given clarity on the competitiveness of our offer and so were able to pitch our bid in the right way, and get the house.

Once the sale was agreed, Katie and the sales progression team were great. We had several setbacks (on our side) through this process and Katie managed the process fairly and transparently to help make sure this all kept moving and eventually went through.

Overall, a really positive experience once we found a sales agent we got on with, and in the difficult job of closing out the sale Central were spot on.

I am currently a tenant of Central Estates and am very happy with their service. They are a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them. I would also like to say a special thanks to the Property Manager Nancy Markou who is always very professional, super supportive and very attentive, she is a credit to the company. Carry on the good work Central X

Excellent from start to finish!
The rental market is really crazy at the moment, but Central were by far the best estate agents I dealt with. Manaan in particular was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I believe what he doesn’t know about E17 & E10 isn’t worth knowing. As a native to the borough myself, I really appreciated having someone who knew the area and the different properties inside and out. In the end, after several fruitless viewings across two months, it was through Central I was able secure the flat I’m living in now - a testament to their efficiency and processes!

Central Estates was super helpful when we were trying to get onto the property ladder. Katie, in particular, was great at getting key information for us and getting the sale done in time. Would recommend the estate agents if you're looking for a proeprty in the area, as they're super communicative.

Although my tenancy which was overseen by Central ended six years ago, I had need to contact them regarding it. I was put through to Nancy, one of the property managers, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding of my queries. My enquiry was dealt with quickly and professionally and with a level of customer service that regrettably is far too infrequent these days! Thank you to Nancy and Central Estates.

When I decided to sell my flat, I chose Central because they had done a good job of selling my neighbours’ flat. That flat (in an identical house) had a loft extension and James, who did my valuation, explained to me that that’s how they will market my flat – by showcasing its potential for extension. This actually included sending pictures of my neighbours’ flat to potential buyers. He asked me if the loft belonged to the flat, and when I said no, he explained that to extend it, it will be necessary to buy it from the freeholder, which costs about £10,000.
Unfortunately, Central chose not to share this information with the couple who made an offer on my flat (why put them off?!). They obviously knew that the buyers would find out eventually, having spent thousands of pounds on a mortgage application, survey, and a solicitor. And, of course, this would make them a lot more inclined to pursue the purchase. It also makes them inclined to try and reduce the price (understandably so, as they were ultimately cheated out of £10,000!).
I guess it was in preparation for this that Central tried to blame ME for the situation once the buyers found out – something along the lines of “The buyers said it was nothing that we said but they talked to you” (Well done, Katie!). Yes, I had a chat with them as they had arrived early for their viewing, and apparently, it was then that I jumped at the opportunity to boast about my loft ownership (as I haven’t seen or spoken to them since)! And no, I will not be able to reduce the price as I then wouldn’t have enough money for my onward purchase.
This is the great professionalism and excellent customer service you get from Central – for the ‘few thousand pounds’ that they expect you to pay them!

Central Estates has been very helpful and responsive.

Nancy Markou, in particular, has been a great help and answered any queries we had in a courteous and efficient manner. Moreover, she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and providing assistance whenever there was something urgent. It is truly a pleasure to work with someone as approachable and friendly as her.

Would recommend this company if you're looking for a property in the area.

I would like to thank all the Central Estates letting team.
Myself and my partner were renting from them for the past few years. Sadly we had to leave London. Martyne, our property manager was always quick to deal with any issues. Hopefully our new agent are as good as Central.
