This was not the most straight forward of house moves and Nest were not the estate agent selling our house. However, they were clearly the best and most professional people we dealt with during the process. They always explained whatever we asked very clearly, but unlike other people involved, were proactive. We would get a weekly telephone call from them asking about progress as well as suggestions on what to do next. If we were moving house again or a friend asked us to recommend an estate agent, we would have no hesitation in recommending next.
