My partner and I are first time buyers and Regal have been the best estate agents we have dealt with by far. They are efficient and have excellent communication. My partner and I recently signed the papers for a rental property through Regal Lettings (Canterbury branch) and are super excited to be getting the keys this coming weekend!

We had Julie Harlow handling the initial process, and Charlotte Thomas handling the later part of our application. Both were absolutely amazing - super helpful, attentive and reassuring. They were both really on top of things and made the process as easy and straightforward as it could have been and kept us updated with everything along the way.
