Have recently used Langford Russell Bromley to sell my late Uncles home. I can’t recommend the team highly enough. From the initial valuation to completion Jake, Jack and Georgia have been amazing. Highly professional and great communication. It was a bumpy ride but they were always positive and honest. There was never a time where I was unable to contact someone in the office. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I ever need to.

We had a really difficult process with purchasing our property, but Jack was absolutely fantastic and instrumental in getting it through in the end. He went above and beyond, would help to think of solutions to problems, kept us regularly updated, and even helped speed up things by contacting our/the sellers solicitors himself to see what was outstanding, all whilst being so lovely and friendly. We used Langford Russell Bromley to sell our family home in 2022. Georgia and the team were super helpful in making, what turned out to be a bit of a tricky process, as smooth as possible. Keeping us informed of developments during the bidding process and keeping things moving once a sale had been negotiated and agreed.

Jack Rampling at Langford Russell stepped into the breach after we had a terrible experience with another anonymous Bromley estate agency. Where our previous estate agent was lethargic, non-communicative, and added no value to the point of being un-professional/useless, Jack was the exact opposite: proactive, enthusiastic, and regularly provided updates and evidence of chasing solicitors/Buyer throughout our sale process. Jack immediately understood the features and selling points of our flat and how to market it. Our Buyer was the first person Jack brought to the flat on day 1 of viewings and he got an offer from them soon after.
