In the summer of 2022 we bought a property in Hampton Court Village through Newton Huxley, East Molesey. Alex Jany was the Agent who provided support for our purchase. As we all know, housing transactions can be a highly stressful affair. In our case it was even more complicated as we had no choice other than to sell our property first, put our belongings in temporary storage and live in temporary accommodation before completing our purchase. The whole process took many months to conclude and Alex displayed all the right qualities which enabled us to finally achieve what we really wanted. That is, we got our dream home!

Alex was efficient with communication, thorough with information and patient. Above all, she was exceptionally skilful in her interactions with the parties involved (our Seller, Seller's solicitors, us as Buyers and our solicitors). She was outstanding in keeping a lot of balls in the air, and dealt with many different things at the same time, and efficiently. She has a cheerful disposition and that made all the difference. All this to her credit and we are extremely thankful to Alex.

Moving house can be an incredibly stressful time. We've used other agents previously before, who were fine but Newton Huxley set a whole new standard. Chris and his team (special mention to James) have been so supportive, right from the initial instruction, through viewings and the whole process after. They have offered a consultative service, always made time to answer our many questions, provided honest, expert advice on how to manage different situations all with a positive, calm, can-do attitude. They have over delivered on every aspect and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used NH for an East Molesey purchase and was really impressed with Chris and the team. Chris steered the process well, was always accessible and responded quickly to answer general house moving questions and queries relating to the purchase. When it came to crunch time – ie exchange – he was patient, efficient and good natured, which I particularly appreciated. I’ve used a few estate agents in my time, and my experience with NH was one of the best. This says a lot because moving house is quite an undertaking – especially in the wake of a pandemic.
