I am really happy to work with SunnyBay since I received all my expectations in a reasonable price and at a great location. The very first thing I would say is the excellent communication, prompt response to my queries. Especially would say something about Lucy, who was so kind to listen all my requirement list and work with me to convince landlord about the needs. She is really like a estate consultant not only agency. Hope work with them again.

I have used Sunny bay to rent my flat during Wimbledon tennis for the past 2 years and have been extremely happy with everything. Lucy has taken take of the bookings and has been professional and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend using them. My experience has been positive which is not what I would say about other pushy estate agents.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my experience with them was so awful, I feel I must. Make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING before you move in. They tried to take unnecessary amounts off our bond. For example, charge us for cutlery left in flat when the cutlery came with the flat. Not to mention, we did a deep clean and left our flat a lot better than when we moved in, and they had the audacity to say we didn’t clean our flat correctly.

Whenever there was a plumbing issue or we needed something fixed, they were very unprofessional and hard to get into contact with. When we did, the staff were unobliging.

They were also always late with inspections and at one stage, one of the staff forgot to even bring the keys to the flat. When we were leaving and they were taking others on an inspection of our flat, there were occasions where we had to come back home to let the viewers in, as they had forgot to bring the keys.

All around, the staff weren’t very accomodating and were highly unprofessional. Make sure you cover all your bases and don’t let them charge you for unnecessary costs! Remember they only look after the landlord and don’t have the tenants best interests in mind. I would never use them again. Even if it was my dream flat and the landlord was using this agency, I wouldn’t even bother!

Unprofessional estate agency. I tried to reach out to them many times, but no response. Also, they don't have a fair process. Even though I informed them that I wanted to give an offer for a house, they let someone take the house overnight.

I have bee renting a room from Sunny for three years and could say that they are helpful, professional and caring. They are always listen to my requirements, find compromise. If it is needed some repairs there is no problem to make it-they response fast and find the solution.

I really enjoyed renting from SunnyBay - I was renting a room in West London for around 1.5 years.

They were very helpful, especially in times of pandemic, which is something that you can't always say of other agencies. They are a small one, that's true, but it also means they treat you in a more bespoke way.

Overall, it was a good experience - just give them a call or visit their office, they will definitely find time. I especially recommend Lucy who works there as a manager - she is a professional agent and v nice person.
