Rented with Winkworth in Dulwich for a year and the team were extremely efficient, the best agents I've been with. They always sorted any issues I had promptly and effectively and were great at communicating with the landlord for me. They made my time in the flat extremely easy and were always helpful and quick to reply. This all included an easy move in and move out. Thank you very much! I can't believe I'm giving a letting agents 5 stars as my experience over the years has not been a good one when it comes to letting agents. Winkworth East Dulwich have been great throughout my five year tenancy. Any problems have been sorted out immediately (they have an excellent maintenance team), they have always been transparent and clear in all my dealings with them and they're a nice bunch of people to deal with. I'm no fan of the London housing situation, it's tough as a tenant but at least Winkworths made it easier and less stressful. Thanks.

I want to say a massive thanks to Nicola K and Sammi B for their support. Nicola has such a warming presence and was very knowledgeable on the particulars of the property. She has the type pf energy that could warm up a room and we she can see the vision you have when property searching. She was kind, respectful and deserves the highest merit. Sammi them helped me across the finish line. She was driven and determined to make sure we met our target move in date. I can't commend them enough for putting my 6 month property search to an end in less than two weeks. I have dealt with over 20 different agents and they have been nothing short of a nightmare. Go with Winkworth, you cant go wrong!

Hello. During my 15 odd years of a long and trustworthy relationship with the truly outstanding team of Agents at the Winkworth branch in East Dulwich SE22, I've had the opportunity of exchanging with them hundreds upon hundreds of emails and also a good number of telephone calls.
Needless to say, all the Agents working in that specific Agency are extremely proficient in their jobs.
Recently, for instance, I've had the good fortune of being assisted by Stevie-Louise Attwood who acted on my behalf and helped me a lot in the process of a dispute with a Tenant until a satisfactory and favourable resolution, by an independent Adjudicator, was finally reached.
I think it is my honest duty to say that Stevie-Louise did a marvellous job and carried it out with that particular care which only people with innate empathy for others can generously express.
And it is not by any means an exaggeration to say I experienced that rare and serene inner awareness of being managed and assisted by a knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly Agent. And, by itself, especially in the troubled times of our complex world, this is something like having a bonus treasure that goes well beyond material assets!
I truly appreciated all the help and assistance that I received from Stevie-Louise whom I, once again, thank deeply!
