We recently sold our parent’s house through Peter James estate agents. We were particularly impressed with the efficiency of the service. Calls and queries were answered immediately and sensible and practical solutions to problems given. Matt was excellent both in the advice that he gave and also his helpful and cheerful approach.

Very recently bought a property through Peter James and was really impressed with the service provided by the team, especially Julie! Kept me updated throughout the whole process and liaised swiftly and effortlessly between myself and vendor when things needed to be sorted.

Very professional and friendly service, we had many tricky obstacles which Thornes admitted wasn’t a usual occurrence but they focused on getting us through it and were consistently positive on the ball with the sellers Solicitors advising them alternative routes they could take to help speed up the process of the house sale. We now have the keys to our home and thank the team for there hard work and being patient with us on our constant chasing up. Great staff, great service.

We have recently started renting a property through Peter James and the service they have provided has been excellent. After being dismissed by quite a few other estate agents, due to us being a young couple wanting to rent, we finally found our home through Peter James, who from the outset were great and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Lucy, in particular, was so helpful, we viewed a number of properties with her and throughout she was kind yet really professional.

The team at Peter James have been amazing from start to finish. Julie and Georgina have been the main point of contact and have been so lovely, kind and empathic.
Great photographer used and found a much better quality of photos than previous agents used.
