I could not recommend Pickwick's enough, we had such a brilliant experience with them. I have always dreaded Estate agents in the past, so it was very refreshing to meet Paolo (our Estate agent from Pickwick) who was genuine, extremely helpful and always had our best interests. We received tremendous support throughout the process, Paolo continuously went above and beyond and was the driving force that enabled us to exchange very quickly. Thank you for everything, especially in helping us get our dream home. We will never go anywhere else now!

I used the services of Pickwicks to sell my Forest Hill flat. An offer for the flat was accepted in July 2019 and we eventually exchanged contracts in December 2019. The buyer was a first time buyer. During this time Paolo who was the agent managing the sale, managed (somehow) to maintain calm, grounded and ultimately professional during what was a very lengthy and sometimes very challenging conveyancing process. Without Paolo's input and reassurance to me the seller and the first time buyer I don't think we would have got the sale 'across the line'. I cannot thank Paolo and his team enough for everything that they did during that 5 month process. Well done all involved.

We recently sold our house with Pickwick. Paolo, Taj and the rest of the team were fantastic. Communication was brilliant - they kept us updated on everything that was happening the whole way through the process and helped push through the sale when both ours and the buyers' solicitors were being incredibly slow. They went above and beyond at every stage of the process and took the stress out of selling. I wouldn't use any other estate agent!

I met with several agents before deciding to appoint them, and found them to be extremely friendly, easy to deal with, and that their fee was very reasonable in comparison to competitors. I had put my flat on the market 2 years previously with a well-known chain estate agent and had encountered various problems and wasted months of stress, eventually taking it off the market - this time round I chose Pickwick Estates and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air in comparison! I feel that they are very knowledgeable about the area, totally honest at every stage and that they really worked hard to achieve the best offer for me, and to ensure the sales process progressed as quickly as possible. I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my sale.

I am so very grateful to Paolo at Pickwick for making the sale of my flat a much less stressful experience than it could have been. As a rule, I am not a big fan of estate agents, which made the fact that Paolo is absolutely lovely incredibly confusing. In a good way. I shall be recommending him to anyone who is willing to listen.

Paolo and Taj were the selling agents for our 2 bedroom apartment, they were very helpful and went above and beyond. There was no "BS" from Paulo and he was straight talking which isn't always the case in this industry. I will be looking to sell with them in a few years.
