We had a fantastic experience purchasing a property marketed by Savills. Matthew Addison-Smith went out of his way to support us throughout the process and made what was a stressful experience more straightforward. This was particularly true as the first property we were in the process of purchasing via Savills unfortunately didn’t work out (although Matthew did everything he could to avoid this despite not being within Savills’ control), but we were lucky enough that Matthew was also marketing another property nearby that was perfect for us.

He offered frequent, frank advice - was always available on the phone or email and was our go-to over both our selling agent and our solicitor (he was even the first person to let us know we’d exchanged!) I’d highly recommend Savills (particularly Matthew) if you’re selling (and, if you’re lucky enough to have him as an agent when you’re buying).

George Duff helped me with looking for a property to rent. Even if we didn't manage to find one through your office, George was extremely helpful, professional and punctual at our appointments. He was updating me for the progress the offer that we placed until the end, and today he sent me an e-mail to check if I am still looking for a property.
