Great all round service from Collinson Hall who were responsible for my property purchase. I have to say a big thanks to Alison in particular for her availability (always provided a listening ear/accurate feedback and never failed to call back when stated), consistency and fully support throughout the journey. Honestly, I could go on. Alison hand held us throughout the whole process and was extremely professional.

I cannot iterate enough what a fantastic service we received from all the team at Collinson Hall St. Albans. Right from the outset with Ron compiling the sales portfolio to actually selling our house at the full asking price within 2 weeks of listing, to Alison’s extremely professional sales progression, patience and drive to get the challenging and sometimes frustrating sale through to exchange and completion with continual updates and solicitor chasing, it took all the stress out of the whole moving process. I would also like to thank John, David and Becky in the office for also keeping us up to date, but would like to especially thank Alison again for being a wonderful friendly voice at the end of the phone with her continual reassurance and persistence in getting the sale over the line. We sold our first house in 1985 with Collinson Hall & they were great! We have recently sold my husband's family home within them in St Albans and have been very pleased with how they presented the house for sale. It needs a lot of work, but they achieved an over the valuation price for it. John Sullivan dealt with the initial visit with great empathy, as a family member still resided at the property. All of the staff are lovely and very responsive and particularly Becky Railston who I have dealt with the most, nothing is too much trouble.

We have recently purchased our first home through Collinson Hall. Having communicated with other estate agents, Collinson Hall were among a smaller group who were most reliable, quick to respond and well communicated. Becky was helpful in the negotiation stages, explaining how the process worked and making sure we arrived at a price that both the vendor and we were happy with. Alison (sales progressor) was pro-active in checking-in with us and ensured the issues that inevitably came up during process were resolved in a way that suited both the vendors and us. If I were to sell or look to buy again in the future I would have no concerns with Collinson Hall.

We was lucky enough to visit this office in St Albans. Senior Lettings Negotiator Samantha Hodge was too kind to find for us a beautiful 2-bed apartment in a new house that nobody lived yet, . On of the most important point for us was a availability immediately because we just arrived to London recently, and all paper work was done for a week, brilliant! It’s obvious when a company pride themselves on excellent customer service because they consistently go above and beyond. Alison, Becky, Ronan, David C and John S have been incredibly supportive throughout the purchase of my new home.
