Andrew found us great Tenants between the period 2005-2009 and so I was delighted to find he is still there - still answering the telephone and providing great service and advice. It is so good to be able to speak to the owner of the company and know it is still going strong over 20 years later.

I run into some technical difficulties when submitting references, and Lauren was very helpful, provided IT support number to call and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I really appreciated her help, especially after having an unpleasant encounter with another office staff member. I am grateful to Lauren for not leaving me on my own with technical issues that weren’t my fault.
