This is the first time that I've used a rental agency, and can honestly say, how lucky that it was with Martin & Co.
From the start they have acted very professionally and been so helpful if and when I've needed some assistance.
They were so quick to act when any work was required on the property. Communications were excellent with them too.
All the staff are so helpful, polite and hard working.
I would definitely use these guys again should I need to.

Martin&Co. were one of the many agencies I applied to use to help me find a home to stay whilst starting my career. They were very helpful and supportive in processing everything smoothly and I do recommend them if you’re looking for properties around Exeter. Their emergency hotline is also very responsive in the event of an emergency.

This was the smoothest house renting experience I have ever had. The circumstances were unusual. I was in training like three hours away and it was impossible to go for proper viewing. The staff were absolutely understanding and offered to do a video viewing. They included so much detail that I didn't need to go down for a physical viewing to decide.

From that point forward, the whole process was a breeze. the staff were friendly guiding me through the referencing process all through to the final agreement signing. The move-in date was even adjusted to suit my schedule. Every query I had was responded to promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Alice Norsworthy and Emy Horsell were just a great help.

Even after moving in, Alice continues to be a great help. I got great links that have helped me get set up quickly with my utilities and general settling down. My experience with Martin & Co Exeter Lettings was simply wonderful and I recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in a region they cover. You wont regret it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this agency. it tooks 2 weeks trying to rent a room in sharehouse It s very difficult to reach them by email or phone. They changed 3 times the hour and the day of the appointement to view the room. I immediately booked this room as I had already lived there for 3 years. they did not wanted to rent it to me. they didn't want to do a virtual view like the previous nice landlord had done due to my disability. I have insisted a lot to have this room which had all the criteria for my disability. I did everything they resquested. I wasted a lot of time and money. After two weeks they said they have choosen someone else.I think the agency did not want to rent me the room because of my disability. they give a very bad image of English agencies. To avoid. Unprofessional, inhuman, bad customer service.

Highly recommend this agency - quick and efficient checks, smooth moving in process, house was immaculate, friendly team and a bonus of a moving in box with small gifts that came in handy whilst moving!

It’s glad to meet Alice and Emy from Martin and Co Exeter. We successfully rent a house in Exeter within a month. Their response and help impressed me a lot. I’m now living in the house for 2 weeks. Except some billing issues and the grassless backyard are still on hold, the equipment and facilities are good at all. I wish they can keep caring their tenants in the future.

I've recently rented a flat through Martin & Co and the whole experience has been absolutely great. Communication was always prompt and the team showed great availability in answering questions. Everything for the tenancy was well organized and planned. On the day of collecting the keys all documents were organized and ready for me to collect. I was even gifted a move in gift box and bottle of wine as an extra treat - very friendly team, so far can't fault.
