I had been looking for my first flat for a few months and saw one of the RJ lettings with Alex. Despite not being the home for me, Alex soon after found me the perfect place where I am so happy to be moving into. Both Alex and Tolga were incredibly responsive, nice and professional helping me speed up the move in process! I had had some not great experiences with agencies before, but they redeemed my idea of estate agencies :)

We were so impressed by the amazing service we received from Lorraine and the team! They really went above and beyond with our house purchase and helped us through the whole process. When we had issues with the solicitors, Lorraine was proactive and the driving force to get it to go through. She was always friendly and enthusiastic and was a pleasure to liaise with. I didn't really think I would find an Estate Agent I would want to wholeheartedly recommend. Let's face it Estate Agents aren't the most popular people. However I would really recommend Robinson Jackson. I found them proactive. They really managed to get lots of viewings. The communication about viewings was really helpful, by this I mean that I knew how many people they were showing around (not always happened with other estate agents in my experience). I felt supported along the way and found staff really approachable and down to earth. I never felt that I was fobbed off with jargon or that any queries I had were answered with anything other than respect. I chose this estate agent because of the excellent reviews I read online and they lived up to my expectations.

Thet did a very professional job in selling my property. Informing me of viewings and giving truthful feedback. The aftersales progression is a very welcome addition to most as it kept all those involved on their toes for a speedy conclusion to my sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Robinson and Jackson at Catford with thanks to Joe, Simon and Lorraine.

I don’t know if its Robinson and Jackson in general but I can say that the Catford group are by far the best that have represented me as a tenant and are amazing at property management …which brings me to the story of this review…

We recently had a property issue which needed to be resolved pretty quick for my family’s piece of mind…. Robinson and Jackson were like starving pitbulls in their mission to get this sorted and would you know it, something that would have normally take weeks to fix took a couple of days (honestly you would have thought it was them living here)
