Harris Brown

We've been really happy all along our renting with Harris Brown. They have been very professional and helped us any time we needed support. It has been 3 years that we leave in the U.K. and it is the very first agency refunding the entirety of our deposit. I would be more than happy to rent a studio with them again.

I personally can say that I have use Harris Brown on three different occasions to find accommodation. All my experience was delightful and the staff was professional and very helpful. Not many estate agent offer a friendly atmosphere but they do. I shown a few different properties until i found the right one; my experience from 2011 upon till now has been excellent. Would definitely recommend them, helpful agent to use in London and 100% safe.

We found an amazing flat with this agency and most of the time everything went smoothly. It is easier and more worry free to work with them then with other big agencies and has a family feel to it. We had to move due to other circumstances but overall our experience was great.

After being messed around and treated unfairly by another local estate agent, it was such a relief to have a totally different experience with Harris Brown. Right from the start Keisha was professional and welcoming, always on hand to find answers to our questions and provide documents nice and early, never making us feel like a burden. As students this was our first experience of renting independently but the process was smooth, relaxed, and the level of communication was perfect, really appreciated. Absolutely shocking and never come across an estate agent like it. Called last week wanting to offer on a property Harris Brown are advertising. Automated email response saying they will be in contact within 3-5 working days. Decided to email our offer through to the estate agent the next day, as they would need to report the offer to the vendor within 24 hours.

Called and spoke to the receptionist three times over the last week, who assured me someone would call me back. Spoke to Roberta who told me she "wasn't dealing" with this house and would get someone to call me.

To date, nothing back from anyone at Harris Brown.

If you are thinking of selling, avoid this agent at all costs. If they can't get back to someone who has made an offer, what chance do you have of selling your property?

I saw a room from this agency, in hoxton, on internet, after an email and a call we agree to meet to visit the flat and the room. Everything going well, flat is clean and spotless but the agent with me forgot the key of the room.
We are human and mistakes can happen so we book an another meeting, later during the week.
So this day, I come in time a front of the flat, and no one. I wait 15 minutes outside, it's cold, and I'm still alone waiting. I call the agency. The girl on the phone apologies and explain me the situation. They still didn't find the keys of the room, and the agent didn't say it to her.
I find that very unprofessional and not respectful at all, to book a meeting with a costumer, don't show up and saying nothing.
I can't imagine how it is with the people who rent a flat from them if for they act like that with potential new tenants.
I hope that people get better experience than mine with them.

Shocking customer service - shocking phone attitude. Worst estate agents I have dealt with so far. Viewing was cancelled multiple times without warning. Customer service agent was rude on the phone and the apologised for being rude, but then went on to AGAIN cancel viewing. I literally had to repeat my email address 4 times to them because they were not listening. There isn't even a phonetic similarity between hotmail and yahoo. they sound so different how can people get that wrong 4 times???!! anyway.. shocking experience with them. will never use these guys again

Been waiting for our holding deposit back for months now and everytime we try to get it back they block us and don’t get back to us!! scammers and liars! never use this letting agency
