Douglas Allen were excellent to work with, as we made out move to Epping.

Lisa was really good at showing us the right kind of properties (even persuading my wife that town house living was excellent). She showed us the house we eventually purchased, and helped throughout the process.

Both Jack & Liam were great to work with as we made our way through what can be a complex process, but they all made it pretty straight forward.

From a general communications and update perspective Denise was excellent. Weekly updates on our status & our vendors status is something simple but really effective, other estate agents could learn a lot from this simple thing.

Overall we would definitely recommend Douglas Allen.

Douglas Allen were amazing with helping us sell our house. We were on the market for a little while with someone else when we reached out to them; Liam, Jack, Denise and the team really made the process seamless from correct valuations, using the online portal for updates and buyers positions etc (really nice touch). Just a really great team and Jack was especially good and keeping us up to date and in the loop of what was going on every step of the way.!
