I have had the best experience of flat search with KPIG. Egle delivered an excellent service, by being very prompt at scheduling the viewing and answering all the questions I have had quickly and very clearly. I would give a 5 star rating just for the experience of moving in.

My only dissatisfaction is that the conditions of the contract inevitably lead to additional repair & maintenance charges being imposed on tenants. This came as a surprise since in the previous flats that I rented contracts were less rigid and landlords fixed electrical appliances and replaced furniture without requesting additional payment.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. I have just come out of a 6 month tenancy in a 6m2 room in Chelsea in a 4 bedroom flat where we were ultimately 5 residents. Apart from Egle our agent who was very responsive on WhatsApp, this agency is only in it for the money and once the contract is signed, does not try to solve any problems that come up. As soon as I arrived in January (6 January), I reported a problem with the washing machine and it took 3 months (until 15 March) to get a working machine. I had to fight to deduct my laundry costs from the rent (which is astronomical for 6m2) and my flatmates could not do the same. Furthermore, the video I received for the visit was very different from reality: none of the electrical appliances shown were the property of the agency, they belonged to the previous tenants who had left with them. This very long contract that I signed made me responsible for any problems that might occur and I lost 100 pounds of my deposit because I gave notice of my departure from the flat 43 days before the date and not 45 days.
Also pay attention to the 5 star reviews present: KPIG strongly urges everyone who wishes to extend to post this style of glowing review. I found the comment from my roommate (Bryan C.) who was asked by KPIG to post a comment before sending him his new contract. And btw, I often talked with him about how shameful was our situation with the washing machine and the several small issues we encountered (hot water, oven and ligths bulbs)These are dishonest and thieving techniques! They are money-obsessed people so I encourage you to go to other agencies or contact the landlords directly via sites like SpareRoom, Rightmove or even Gens de Confiance.

Quite simply put, The worst customer service experience of my life and on a personal level I am broken by my interactions with them.

Advantages
— Properties provided are high end, though this doesn't make up for the disadvantages

Disadvantages
— Cleaners never show up
— internet works intermittently at best
— contract allows for relocation with only 7 days notice
— no internal locks
— with less than 1 business days notice rooms are entered and searched through
— says bills included but upon trying to get your deposit back they will charge you for utilities
-as above but cleaning fees for rooms that are never cleaned
— double charge for additional days
-staff have the worst customer service i have ever experienced, Laughed at the fact I was struggling with depression due to their actions and stated ''we are in real estate not customer service''
— be ready to be held accountable to others actions, if you don't email complaining about things yet they do for some reason that's not anecdotal but taken as fact
— wont reply to correspondence for days until they want something

Worst company I have ever dealt with in the real estate space. Put simply they are there to take as much money as they can. They illegally charge admin fees and end of lease cleaning fees, They DO NOT UTILISE THE DPS. DO NOT USE, Avoid at all costs

As a young professional coming from abroad I was super grateful to have found KPIG as real state agency in London. They made the process of finding a flat so much easier. Superb service, easy and efficient communication.

Room full of mould and pungent smell. Represented a health hazard. KPIG could not care less.
The doors in the rooms do not have locks. Felt very unsafe living with three male strangers.
Internet connection not functioning. Broken furniture.
KPIG makes you pay deposit and one month rent before seeing and signing the control. This is completely illegal.
This company shall be forced to close down

If I could put 0 I would have. This is an agency to run away from. They steal your money, ignore your alerts and leave you to fend for yourself.
I've had several problems with them, one of which was when I found a man who was staying in my room before I moved out... not to mention the other problems, each one more serious than the last. Worst agency ever !
