I arrived in London when the house renting situation was pretty complex, and most other house agencies made me lose a lot of time.
On the contrary, Savills at Islington, particularly Becky, was attentive and responsive to my needs. They immediately understood what I needed regarding location, spaces, budget, and special needs (I have a small dog).
I found my place in 1 day!

Savills Islington took up the reins on the sale of our house at the height of Covid-19 restrictions and had more viewings in the first week than the previous agents arranged in three months. Sophie Norris and the team overseen by Adam Smith made sure viewings were managed carefully around a clinically vulnerable family member.

Sophie was wonderful as a sales associate; calm and patient yet determined and tenacious. There were quite a few complicated hurdles to clear but Sophie was always very proactive in driving the process towards completion while navigating a tightrope between the parties.
