Like many other landlords I have used Martin and Co for a considerable number years in different aspects of property rental. I have always found them extremely professional and knowledgeable. Whilst all the staff are helpful I have worked with Toby Banfield perhaps the most and in my opinion he sets the standard for others to follow. He knows the property and rental market extremely well and as such he is able to give very good advice. I have no hesitation in recommending them especially in such changing times in the rental sector.

Ben a staff of Martins & Co was very kind and he painstakingly ensured that all my documentations were up to date and that expedited the process of my rent. Martin and Co have looked after my property for the last five years.
They have been excellent in acquiring new tenants when necessary, very good communication when there have been issues, always easy to get hold of and very prompt responses to emails or phone calls. I have felt my property was in very safe and capable hands.
There was a slight issue with a tenant leaving the house in a very dirty state which should have been dealt with before the new tenants moved in, but on the whole Martin and Co have been extremely competent. I would recommend them.

Martin and Co were very professional when we dealt with them. We could always get hold of them by phone or email when we needed to, every stage of the move-in process was clear and there were no issues. We dealt with Laila directly during our move-in process, and she always replied to our emails very quickly (multiple times per day) which we appreciated given the tight turnaround we were working with.

Having been associated with Martin & Co. since a number of years, I can definitely say that they've been a very professional and supportive lot, always attentive to our concerns as tenants, and keeping the landlord well informed. Their FixFlo site is very good for raising issues and concerns and the response is usually very quick. The rare visits to their office on Nantwich Road have entailed in helpful support as well. In recent times, we've had the pleasure of dealing with Marie, who helped us sort tricky issues and kept a constant and transparent communication channel open with us - very good experience dealing with her.
