I was really pleased with the photographs and the description listed on their “ For Sale” website. I was even more pleased with the speed in which the property was sold. The property had a serious buyer within 36 hours of listing ( probably even sooner than that). When that buyer pulled out of the sale due to a change in their circumstances, another buyer was immediately introduced who subsequently went onto complete on the sale thereafter.

The best real estate company we have ever seen in Colchester, UK. Because of our identity, we encountered lots of difficulties. Other agents are impolite and we felt they were unwilling to do the business, but not Andrew!
