Very poor Service, never react to calls/emails on issues, getting deposit back is a nightmare, strongly don't recommend.

very pathetic customer service..they only deal with sham landlords, no maintenance..AVOID!

i recently dealt with sukh from elmlodge estate his great very professional and always reply to my queries. i would recommend it .

The Elmlodge Estates Agency deals with property and rentals of houses & flats in Hounslow. The staff is very friendly specially Mr. Dacs. I have been here too.

I've never come across such unprofessionals in any agency or anywhere in this country. After agreeing to a particular property they suddenly gave that same property to someone else! Very very frustrating! Zero stars! NOT RECOMMENDED.
