I’ve resided at a Tony Allen Estate property for a year and 6 months and it’s been a great experience! My time there has now come to an end but I can honestly say that the room I was renting was an incredible size, and a great price. Overall I’ve had a good experience living at the house, and the house itself was lovely!

The location was local to access to central, and a variety of parks including Clissold, Finsbury, and Highbury Park. Shaz from the agency has been great! Super friendly and kind, and got things done when requested regarding works, faults or actions regarding the property. I’d recommend Tony Allen Estates any day. They’ve been good to me, and I’m sure they’ll be good to you too. Thank you!!!

I've mostly worked with Ash at the agency and he has been really nice and helpful, not to mention quick in arranging everything for me, from the viewing to actually getting the contract signed it only took 4 days. This is by far the most professional estate agency I've worked with, which is saying something, since I tried to organise viewings with a dozen of them while moving flat this year.

Extremely happy with the level of service they provide ! Very efficient communication, very honest and decent people. They hold their promise to us and in a very timely manner. They know how to establish a healthy balance between the expectations of the landlords and the tenants. 100% recommended !!

I have to say that the lettings, management and maintenance departments were always nice to me. I received the respect and the support i needed. My flat was nice and cosy.
Some staff members were lovely, some were ok.
The agency is flexible and patient , only ordinary bureaucracy no stress for the tenant .

I just moved into a property and I’ve had to move out almost immediately. I was assured by the agent that the property I reserved was in the same condition as the photos. I was unable to view in person as I work 12 hour shifts 6 days per week. Upon moving in it was clearly not the case. There was water pouring through the ceiling, directly onto my bed and into the kitchen which was completely inundated with water. The damage was so significant that the landlord agreed that all tenants can move out, but only in two months time and with no refund. It’s impossible to live in these conditions and the agent isn’t willing to listen to my case just a few days into a new tenancy, be careful when dealing with this business.

Moved to London relatively unprepared and looked for a room. Called Amz about a room the day I arrived, had a viewing the next morning and moved in to my new place 10 days later. Outstanding service, always available and very professional.
Would highly recommend!

My flatmate and I recently moved into a flat managed by Tony Alan. We've been really impressed by the professionalism of the team, particularly Amz and Ibad.

Before we moved in, we identified a few issues which the team was quick to address. Even after we moved in, we noticed a couple of issues that needed to be resolved and the team was very quick to accommodate our requests. In one instance, we requested an additional cleaning of the flat be carried out, which the team was quick to arrange. In another instance, we had some issues with the heating, so the team sent over an engineer the same day to help us resolve the problem. They even gave us a budget to purchase an electric heater, the full cost of which they will reimburse.

Overall, Amz and Ibad are professional, very responsive and clearly care about the comfort of their tenants.
