My family and I have been using Burnel & Co agency services for the past 12 years and I highly commend them on their outstanding service.

For my landlord business they always find the most suitable tenants and provide an efficient service from start to finish including contracts and agreements, rent collecting and dealing with any problems. They are a reliable company and I can trust them to manage my properties with very little involvement from myself.

They also provide an excellent sales service. We have purchased multiple properties through them and have been pleased with the outstanding service they provide from seeking a reliable solicitor to ensuring completion is done on time. Luisa deals with the sales progression and has been excellent over the years.

We own a portfolio of properties and have also sold through Burnel & Co. All viewings were accompanied and the issues of liaising with current tenants were dealt with efficiently and disruption was kept to a minimum for all concerned during each sale. We continue to sell through Burnel & Co as the service is fast, efficient and competent. They always attain the best prices and ensure completion is smooth.

I am so pleased to have found Luisa and the team at Burnel & Co. Having been badly let down by a previous local letting agent I decided to switch.
