I'll just put it out there so everyone can avoid the same mistake we made. A genuine review from a students perspective.

We moved into a house which homesearch was marketing. It's been a nightmare all along. Completely give away all responsibility, ignorant, rude, inconclusive, genuinely inconsiderate with the people living in their properties.

Our property was completely full of mold after 2-3 months of living there, and they were just so incredibly helpless.

Michael, Zainab and Maria were the ones in contact at the time, genuinely just the most frustrating tenancy agents.

Michael and the team at Homesearch are simply the best. When I was looking for a flat to rent in Harlesden area, they helped me find a lovely property. The best part is they keep it so simple, with respect to arranging reference checks,move in, the inventory check, the agreement drafting and signing etc. Later when I was moving out as I was relocating to outside of UK, I found Michael and his team being so helpful. A special mention for Clorissa as she clearly explained everything during the moving in and moved out which was very helpful. Overall, I would recommend Home search if you are looking for a property to rent or buy.
