We’ve recently purchased our first home through Ellisons in Collier Wood. We couldn’t be happier with their services. Martin was just incredible, as first time buyers, we were unsure of the process, Martin made time walking us through the process, always followed up, always answered, always calmed me down, when things didn’t go as we expected. Aimee was fantastic, too, helped us with the paperwork massively. And Victoria and Rebecca were lovely and patient with us when calling ten times a day. We highly recommend the team! Outstanding team!

We recently sold our property through Ellisons. We were impressed by Martin’s professionalism and friendliness at the initial valuation. Once on the market, they quickly found us a buyer at a good price. It was a bit of a tricky sale in the end but they kept good lines of good communication throughout. Rebecca and the team helped to get it over the line which was no mean feat in a challenging and uncertain market.

Unrelated to Ellisons, our onward purchase sadly fell thorough. Aimee and her colleagues supported us brilliantly to find a rental property to line up with our sale so we were reassured we had somewhere to go. Their help here was invaluable and very much appreciated to ensure we were able to proceed with our sale!

We had a great experience of selling our property through Ellisons. They are highly professional, always available and bring in their experience and expertise in tricky situations. They value your property very well, unlike some other agents who are looking to downgrade your property to be able to sell quickly. Martin (branch manager) was great in that, and explained me his valuation reasoning as well as comparison to other properties. Rebecca handled rest of the selling process, and I can not praise her enough. She has been always available and very quick and nice communication/coordination with all parties involved with very good recommendations. Had 'never say No' attitude and made umpteen number of trips to my house for my ad-hoc requests! The whole team at Ellisons is great, in times when Rebecca was away; Aimee chipped in with all the help and nothing was ever delayed from their end.
