Excellent service from start to finish! The entire team (Connor, Alex, Olivia, Wallace and Jamie) were all fantastic to work with - there was great communication during all stages of the sale process, they took the time to learn about my property and had it sold within a few days of being on the market. Having previously listed with another agency who treated my property as just another listing and got barely any viewings over 3 months it was wonderful to find an agency that still has customer service at the core of their business. We recently sold our house through Truepenny's.

They greatly helped us out at short notice. We were up against a deadline to sell and had started the process with another agent who unfortunately appeared to have unforgivable shortcomings.
The Truepenny's team, on the other hand, were consistently professional, competent, effective and pleasant.

The process wasn't without its challenges, as a first buyer pulled out due to funding issues. In the end though, we sold our house, over the asking price, in a challenging market. From accepting the second offer, to completion, was just over 6 weeks.

From the initial search for a location, and contract signing, to the departure at the end of contract, Truepenny's have been very professional, and trustworthy. They are quick to respond to any queries, and have always been able to advise on any questions throughout my experience with them. In particular the consultant Sam El Jani has been exceptional with her efforts over the past few months, helping me through a difficult situation. She went out of her way to help me out in dealing with the end of contract and with my search for a new property.

Truepenny's are really great. Everyone I have worked with in the office has been great. Most recently Chris who does the management service for my rental property is excellent - very responsive and always gets things sorted and a good guy. I have also had very good dealings with Conor in helping with sales and lettings. They come across as authentic, polite and honest people and professionals, and avoid some of the behaviours that other estate agents dont always have a good reputation for.
