ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! 1 month with a blocked kitchen sink, took 50 phone calls, multiple complaints to supervisor. The worst part, unsympathetic call centre staff, they really do not care about their tenants, even if they are OAPs who had a stroke and arthritis. Guess Ascham Homes hired them because they were the cheapest. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

Had a great plumber called Jamie from Morgan Sindall Waltham Forest this morning. He was extremely conscientious and did an excellent job on repairing a persistent leak/blockage to the kitchen sink.

I’m still waiting for them to start work on my flat in Montalt Road. It’s been sitting there empty since September last year, while I am still in temp accommodation.

I had workers in the property working when supervisor called them out due to the first lockdown in March 2020. Still have a hole in the master bedroom, rubbles from the wall on the floor. Basically called continuously but they refused to come and complete what they started. Now the unhelpful controller said they don’t have staff to complete the job so there’s nothing they can do. I have sent photos the mess to them. Called WF only to be put back to Morgan Sindall again. 19 months of hassle.

Very bad, i cant use bath for one week,its blocket,i have i kids at home and they said at waltham forest repairs service,that this is routine service not a emergency, sounds cool!

Still waiting for gate to be replaced, two app not kept with not even phone call, should be done this Friday won't hold my breath. NOT HAPPY.
