My wife and I have just started renting a property fully managed by Carter Jonas. I have been very impressed with the service provided to date, in particular the prompt and effective communications with Emilia, and support with documentation and resolving the queries we had. I would without hesitation recommend Carter Jonas for the consistent professionalism shown.

While the agents at Carter Jonas are quite good, I am writing to give special thanks to one agent. Naomi was very helpful to my partner and I when we were looking to transfer our lease and begin a new tenancy at a new house. She was instrumental in giving us all the information we needed to make the transition as seemless as possible. Thank you again, Naomi!

I moved from Belgium to the UK last summer and we found our current house via Carter Jonas. Our agent was Naomi Blois and we were quite satisfied with our experience for the services of both Naomi (as an agent) and Carter Jonas (as a company). The whole procedure was specifically handled very professionally since that was the 1st time I was trying to rent a place and it was considerably difficult process to execute due to this reason. In many steps Naomi was pretty helpful and supported the whole procedure with her best even though we had some hiccups mainly related to "Right to Rent". The consideration given by both Naomi and Carter Jonas team were really detailed, very supportive and constructive. I do highly recommend to work with Carter Jonas if you are moving from abroad.

I am a tenant in a property managed by Carter Jonas. I am very pleased with Carter Jonas' team. They are fast, reliable and I do not need to follow-up on pending issues as they always keep me updated. Not only they were efficient and patient prior to the signing of the house rent contract, but also after. The whole team is amazing. Emilia Clark was amazing working with her when we decided to rent using Carter Jonas. She clarified nuances of the contract and was quick to come back to us regarding contract amendments. Leisa Jackson takes care of the maintenance and house issues. Leisa takes immediate action and I feel she is available 24 hours even during the weekend. Although Carter Jonas has a sub-contract for house issues, Leisa does not hesitate to take action when we go to her for support. We are completely satisfied with their support. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service all round. Carter Jonas have managed my rental property for several years. Most recently, while I have been busy caring for elderly relatives, they have managed all the repairs needed during a change of tenant. The staff are always very friendly, responsive, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Extremely good paperwork too. I highly recommend them to other landlords.

My long term tenancy contract has just ended. As new comer in UK during lockdown, I must say that CJ did an excellent job for me in settling down:
1. to complete the tenancy within 10 days from my viewing to moving in to the rented apartment
2. during my tenancy, I made several requests for maintenance, and ALL the relevant parties/ contractors could be arranged within 1-3 days and all problems were neatly fixed. The online reporting portal working around the clock also helped reclaiming my peace of mind.
3. While "moving out" is always assumed to be the most awfully experience for tenants (according to those experience-sharing Youtube videos), I must say that CJ really did a good job for my landlord... anyway, I was glad that I were also fairly treated.

I would like to thank staff of CJ, esp Pauline, Steph and Livia who have communicated with me in a gentle and patient manner , and have demonstrated a geniune support to my callings. I wish them all the best!!
