Professional, honest, very good at their jobs, and they even made what can be a very stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. Oh my god.

I’ve heard many people at the same thing in Ealing. They take your money deposit money and don’t give it back.

As a tenant and prospective buyer using the Agents 'services', I was quite disturbed by their business practises.

When we were trying to buy a house through them they told us the price the other bidders were offering so we could bid higher. They said we had won but then didn’t hear anything from them. Turns out they played us against the other buyer, I expect they had also been told what we were offering and sadly we lost out.

We also rented a house in Warwick Road from them that had a missing handrail, mice illegal staircase and bad state of repair - including the electrics which failed and caused electrocution. Helliwell showed pure callousness by charging us three weeks worth of rent ad exit fees to leave one week earlier than end of tenancy, just so they earn a few extra quid by duplicating rental incomes. Not the service you’d expect to receive when you’re wife is pregnant living and trying to amicably vacate a dangerous home.

We saw a real nasty side to these people.

UPDATE: 18.10.22 - Helliwell wipe low rating reviews from Trustpilot. Be warned.

I had an email request yesterday from Trustpilot to verify my experience was real. It took me a lot of time to provide evidence via email and I can see a lot of other people who have written 1-3 star reviews don't bother to follow up therefore their reviews get removed at Helliwell's request.

I had to fight to keep my Trustpilot review live and I can see other 1-3 star reviews are vanishing from Trustpilot. Very suspicious.
