Wood Green Estates refused to let to an lgbt couple stating the landlord wanted a male-female couple only. This is wildly illegal and shows a blatant disregard for the law and for civil rights. Avoid at all costs.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE AGENCY, THEY FOUND ME ROOMS TO LET RIGHT AWAY, THEY ACOMPANY ME IN THEIR CAR, AND I LET A DECENT AND AFFORDABLE ROOM IN A VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL HOUSE.

Strictly not recomended. Not only they walk in to your house like it would be theirs but also renting dirt houses. Property above agency was full of food waste and toilet was not flushed with brown stuff inside😧. During 5 months they been in mine house with no letting me know more than 20 times. I had cctv in house but lawyer said it can't be evidence in court case so they were lucky. If you count your privacy don't think about renting from this agency. Pervs and dirty rats 🐀
