Professional, patient and polite at all times. Kerry our main contact at David James kept us informed of progress, did a lot of chasing, gave much advice and generally helped us along the way to sell the house.

It was not an easy journey with buyers pulling out and having to re-market but finally the property is sold. If we have need of an estate agent in the area again in the future they will be top of the list.

Anna was a delight, very helpful and patient. I find working with DavidJames very good and efficient. The market is tough at the moment, so having the right people helping you out is a must. We have dealt with other estate agents before, some of them aren't very helpful, they forget to call you back, answer to messages etc. This is definitely not the case with DavidJames nor Anna, who showed us the property in a very competent way. 100% recommended!

I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received from David James throughout the sale of my property. One member of staff from the office dealt with sale throughout the whole process, she was extremely organised, efficient, helpful and polite. Kerry kept me up to date with phone calls and emails every step of the way and she was always easy to contact if I had any queries. I would whole heartedly recommend David James for anyone who is selling their property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again the future.

We recently sold our property in Arnold through David James and we found their service to be fantastic.
We originally sold our property in early 2020 but due to the pandemic, we were not able to proceed. During this original sale, we also made use of one of the company directors, James to negotiate our purchase for us. We believe back then we wouldn’t have been able to get that property at that price.
We also used yourmortgageshop services to find our mortgage for us. The appointment was quick and hassle free.
During the recent sale we mainly dealt with Kerry in the Arnold office who we found to very professional. Towards the end of the selling process, it started to get a bit messy with others in our chain. Kerry was always calm and endeavoured to find out what was going on.
I would 100% choose David James again and would recommend them to anyone else.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jane and Sarah, at David James Estate Agents Arnold. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire selling process. Jane was amazing to speak with as she is just so friendly and organized.

She and her team, knew best which steps to take in order to make my flat sell, and even kindly, out of the blue offered me a discount on fees, because the mortgage + costs were more than the sale price.

Sarah is a very proficient saleswoman, and was a great asset to me in the sales process - She always made sure that she knew what was going on in the conveyancing process and acted very efficiently in any negotiations between the buyer and I. Certainly she has her "finger on the pulse" as to what's going on in the local property market.

Her professionalism and accommodating attitude enabled me to get a fair market price, in minimal time and from sold subject to contract to completion, was one of the shortest I've witnessed.

In conclusion, both Jane and Sarah are extremely capable individuals in the real estate industry – they have provided me with solid realistic advice throughout, and were flexible in their approach. I would highly recommend their services.

I would like to say to anyone who is about to sell their house and are wondering who to go with, that David James Estate Agents have provided me with an excellent service. I have experienced ups and downs whilst selling my house but Sarah and the team she works with have done everything they can to come up with other options so that myself and my partner can continue with the purchase of the property we wish to buy. The team are very friendly and approachable and nothing seems to much trouble. I would absolutely recommend them!!!
