I have been renting a property through Savills Hackney for the past year, and have found the whole end-to-end experience not only professional, but truly such a pleasure. The agent I had worked with, Anthony, was not only was very communicative, but very trustworthy, personable and just an all around joy to work with. My property manager, Katy, has also been a clear communicator, kind, proactive, and so easy to work with as well. Having worked with other letting agencies around London in the past, I can say that others pale by comparison to my experience with Savills. I highly recommend!

Laura and Jen did a fantastic job helping us sell our flat in Hoxton. We met Jen initially for the valuation and she was warm, friendly, clearly knew the area and the building and provided us with a solid valuation with firm confidence that she could obtain the price. When it came to viewings, Laura and Jen had a great book of clients which meant that we had relevant potential purchasers and received great interest and a large number of offers - we were also given regular updates and text messages when viewings were complete so that we knew when we could head back home! There were times when we weren't sure which buyer to proceed with and Laura and Jen gave honest, clear and sensible suggestions that allowed us to make decisions we were comfortable with. Ultimately we proceeded with one of Laura's clients as a buyer and Laura then took over the process and was hands-on, provided regular updates, was responsive and professional and we were really pleased with the service and support we received.
