There were a few problems earlier this year and she dealt with them calmly and efficiently. She’s always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Absolutely brilliant service from the JDM team. I recently rented out my family home for the first time. Mark and Jack in particular, have been very supportive, efficient and professional throughout the process of getting the house ready and on to the market. A lot of work was needed in the house and garden. They gave thoughtful, sensitive advice and guidance as well as finding a succession of brilliant tradesmen for the works. I’m not based in London and was therefore totally reliant on JDM to be responsible for arranging everything for me.
