Through no fault of theirs, my purchase lasted around 9 months but both Emily and Nick worked unrelentingly to resolve the issues which were slowing the sale, persevering even at times when I thought it would not progress. Even though it would have been understandable for them to re-market the property for another buyer, they stayed with me and persisted until the sale was completed.
Both Emily and Nick did such an outstanding job with the purchase, I asked them to manage the property for me and they have secured excellent tenants in a very short time.
