Superb service for completion of a house purchase in record and challenging timings. Oliver Spanswick has been a fantastic support throughout the process. Very responsive, dedicated and always available (even on a Sunday or day off).Especially when things do not get the way you expect the team will try to find a solution and support with professional knowledge and fair guidance .They definitely do a favour to their industry which doesn't always have the best of reputation. Andrew Wilkins who first showed me the house and helped through tough times, has also been a real gentleman and very supportive. I would have probably not been able to buy the house in record timings (and thorough due diligence ) without such a dedicated team, partners included. Even after the completion I still receive the necessary advise if needed . I can only hardly recommend this agency. Chloe was simply superb. We had a very difficult sale with particulars that where not straight forward.
