B&C Properties

I have properties that are managed by B&C Properties. I have to say the staff makes my job as a Landlord easy. I have worked with Catie for 2 years, even I am currently in China, communication and professionalism is 100%. Through the lockdown period, which was a worrying time for many Landlords, I experienced no issues at all. They kept me informed and up to date of tenant movement throughout. Thank you!

The agency made us wait for a long time to view our apartment (they were late) and when we did view the apartment they were rushing us through it like you’ve never seen before, turning lights off on us. That was a bad experience. But then we wanted to put in an offer and they sent us the contract, and they used someone else’s name (uhh data protection??) also there were inconsistencies with the holding deposit required. On the form it said £150, in person they mentioned £400 and on the contract itself it was £800. Very unprofessional

If selling your property in Kidbrooke Village then would really recommend B&C as they will have the best footfall of all local agents. Professional and courteous service. Very pleased we chose them.

Have really enjoyed working with the B&C properties team while was looking for an apartment at Kidbrooke. In particular, have worked with a sales manager Tiffany. Over the last 2 months I have dealt with 20+ real estate agents and can compare and confidently say that B&C has a very friendly and tailored approach to every customer. Dominic in lettings was extremely helpful throughout the process as my partner and I arranged to rent a flat in London for our international move while we were still living in the US - not the easiest process, given the time difference and our unfamiliarity with the rental process here.
