C&N currently manage our property in London whilst we're living abroad. The service is really, really good. It's quick, efficient, and done with no stress. The communication is both prompt and clear, with issues getting sorted out quickly.

Chris had from June 2022 to find new tenants for the property in Southgate that he had found for us the following year. He did not do this for a sought after property and now we have an unnecessary void gap for rent.

His communication is atrocious which left us no other option but to terminate his services.

Chris has been the most professional agent in our 6 years of renting experience in London. From the moment of viewing the house, to moving in, the process was as seamless as it could be, and we were well informed on every aspect of the house. Chris was very prompt in communicating, and also very attentive to any concerns we had, as soon as something wasn't working, he takes actions immediately.
