We had a wonderful experience letting a flat through Andrew Nunn & Associates. Suzana, the property manager who handles our flat, gave us the first showing (rather than sending a realtor). She gave us plenty of time to see the flat and ask questions, which we found highly unusual compared with other showings (and absolutely wonderful)! Katherine, who later helped us with the application process, was prompt and communicative at every step. Since moving into our flat we have had a few maintenance issues and the staff at Andrew Nunn and Associates has been responsive, swift, and helpful. We are delighted to recommend them!

If you want an honest, straightforward agent use Andrew Nunn. Unlike most agents they won't over promise and under deliver and all Andrew's colleagues are equally approachable, frank and astute. They all honestly work in the best interest of their clients, no nonsense and they work hard to get the job done.
