I cannot express how much they have let us down.
Whilst Malcolm and Darren are informative and know what they are talking about and are really lovely people.
There are huge problems.
They don’t communicate with each other, they don’t vet buyers properly, they don’t get back to you or call you back after leaving a message

16 months with them, 2 buyers, 6 months + with each.
They make you lower the price of sale to much lower than purchase price for absolutely no reason (it’s for database references).
It’s all nonsense. They don’t call or push the buyers. You have to chase them all day long everyday. It’s always « oh I’ll call them now ».

They don’t know how to handle day to day.
They are always on annual leave. I can’t even count how many times this and that person was not there while important things are happening.
We’ve been told so many times « oh we’re 3 weeks away from exchanging » over and over again.
Bottom line, good people, bad business.
Would never, ever, recommend.

Chloe is an absolute Gem. She showed me round some properties and really listened to what I was looking for and matched me. I have now found my perfect rental property and she has made the process to easy, and she is super easy to deal with. Nothing is too much to ask.

Barnfields have been incredible during mine and my partners search for our new home. We worked closely with Candan, who was nothing but incredible. She was dedicated and extremely supportive during our search. The end to end process from finding our home to closing out the referencing was 7 days, extremely quick and really really smooth.
