Avoid this agent !
We have a very nice flat and a great landlord who has always been respectful, supportive and understanding . Our issue is only with this agent, unprofessional manager , not trustful in their words and behaviour when it comes to the finance issues.
In addition , at the time of maintenance , having the approval from the landlord , this agent is not responsive . I would not recommend dealing with this agency at all!!

Thank you Liv International for providing professional servise. I've rented a flat via this agents and they were extremely helpful during the whole process. Anastasia, my agent, was very responsive, helping me with all necessary repairs when nedeed. I will definitely recommend to rent via them.

The worst people to deal with when renting in London. Rude, unprofessional and totally incompetent. Avoid like the plague.

During our 2 year tenancy Liv International were extremely unprofessional and we received some of the poorest service of our lives. When things broke or weren't working they took days to fix, including boilers and doors that wouldn't look properly. However, the worst experience was when we came to leave the tenancy they tried to charge us £600 for items that were already faulty or the cleanliness of the property (even though it was cleaned to a professional stand when we left and wasn't when we arrived). Anyway, we compromised and agreed on a price to be deducted but Liv International made sure not to pay it back for 3 months! When they eventually did pay it back they deducted double the amount that was agreed and because they left it the perfect amount of time, we weren't able to dispute it via MyDisbute. Very sneaky, rude and unreliable!

Great experience as tenant working with Liv International to rent a flat. Oliver and Iain went above and beyond to ensure that a fair agreement was reached between myself and the landlord and worked tirelessly while being incredibly responsive all the way up until closing. Iain was then also available to sort out any comments I had about the flat once I moved in. Highly recommend.
