I had a great experience with Acorn as a first time buyer. Charlie was excellent with communication, always checked in and kept me up to date. It’s not often that as a buyer you feel like the estate agents are on your side, this made the buying process much easier! Would highly recommend!

We have recently sold our property with ACORN. It has been a very complicated sale, as we were buying a new build property at the same time and had to adhere to the deadlines given by the developer.
ACORN guided us through this journey with excellence. Not only found us the right buyer who has offered us about 10% more than other 'local agents' predicted would be maximum for our property (if we are lucky), but also was extremely helpful with negotiations with the developer, assuring them about the progress of our deal on regular basis.
Special appreciation to Charlie Ghirardo, who personally took the responsibility for finding us the buyer, coordinating the transaction, and the negotiation process with all parties involved. His sincerity, very transparent communication with us, and most importantly the delivery of what has been agreed upon is something that we are really grateful for.

We cannot recommend Acorn at Grove Park highly enough, they have been very professional, kind and supportive throughout our recent journey selling our property with them. We have not moved home for many years and they have guided us through each step of the process, which we have found difficult to navigate at times. As per the previous review we too were buying a New Build and had to meet deadlines, they were able to support us through this too. All of the team were approachable, easy to contact and always responsive. Daniel was helpful and professional when we first sought a valuation, Leon, what a star with the viewings and negotiation on price (achieving over the asking price), we are sure your very dapper appearance also helped. The many delays and frustrations in the (unfortunately lengthy) conveyancing process due to blunders by legal teams and lenders alike were dealt with by both Maisie & the branch with patience, professionalism and above all good cheer!
