The individuals that conduct the viewings are really informed and professional, they all visit the house in advance. We ended up with quite a chain but we were always kept in the loop and reassured by George, he made sure that all parties were regularly talking to each other. We sold our home recently through Knight Frank in Sevenoaks. All the members of the team we dealt with were polite and professional and provided an efficient service from the office staff to the viewing assistants . The sale was protracted over 7 months because of problems further down the chain, but throughout the process we had a consistent single point of contact and support from the team and we were informed when staff were on holiday to help manage expectations. I could not recommend Knight Frank at Sevenoaks more highly, especially if you have an' out of the ordinary' property to sell.
