Sinclair Hammelton Bromley

Sinclair Hammelton are absolutely fantastic! I had such a great experience when selling my house with Emilia from the Petts Wood branch, as she was persistent (without being annoying!), tenacious and really works hard for her clients. She managed to sell our house before it had hit the open market - at over the asking price! After selling our house, Emilia knew we were staying with family whilst looking to purchase our long-term residential home. We had quite a few boxes to tick and so we're taking our time to find the right place. Emilia contacted me a couple of months after selling our house to tell me she'd moved to the Bromley branch of Sinclair Hammelton. This was good news for us as it covered the area we were looking to buy in. Emilia knew what was important to us in our onward purchase and believed she had found the perfect house for us - but it was out of our budget! Emilia was so persistent in trying to convince us to view the property, but we were reluctant to do so as we knew we couldn't stretch to anywhere near the asking price. We finally went to see it and knew Emilia was right - this was THE house! Emilia worked with us and the seller to try to get it to within our budget, and our offer was accepted! We had certain deadlines we needed to hit for exchange and completion, and things were ticking along fine until Emilia dropped the bombshell that she was leaving Sinclair Hammelton! Emilia assured us that her branch manager Luke had all of the relevant information and would do just what we needed. True to her word, Luke was brilliant. He understood our needs, and worked with us to get what we needed. I would recommend Luke and his team in a heartbeat as they truly understand how to work with a customer, understand their needs and make sure they are met! Even upon completion of our new home, I had my two young children in the car and Dean came to my meet me at my car in the pouring rain to give me the house keys! It's the small things that matter as these are the things that set aside this fantastic estate agent from any other. Emilia, Luke, Dean and the rest of the team at Bromley Sinclair Hammelton are so good at what they do - don't bother going anywhere else!

Luke and his team provided an excellent service when selling our property.
Always willing to take phone calls during the lengthy process to reach exchange . When we were feeling frustrated and disheartened they did not give up and kept positive until we got over the finish line.

Friendly, professional and very responsive throughout. Luke and his team in Bromley were a joy to work with as I went through the process of buying a flat. Although they were representing the sellers, I was able to enlist their support as the conveying process became tortuous and needlessly prolonged. They were a great help and were an important link with the sell side when we needed to get things unstuck. Highly recommended.

When we first put our house on the market we had all kinds of problems, in fact we dismissed the first agent after one month, then we instructed an online estate agent, no end of problems. Then Russell came to see us, he seemed a lot more enthusiastic and called round again and said he could sell it within a week. After a couple of days discussing it, we rang and said we’d take him up on his offer, needless to say, it was sold in a weekend! We were then passed on to Jak, who I have to say, had a bit of a nightmare few weeks sorting things out. But his patience shone through and we can’t thank him enough for his professional and calming attitude, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sinclair Hamilton to anyone

My family and I have have recently gone through the process of renting a property via Charlene at Sinclair Hamilton, Bromley and I can honestly say we have received the best service we have ever encountered from a letting agency. Over the last 8 years we have had to rent a number of properties from student Lettings to accommodation that supports working in central London and to say it has been challenging is an understatement but Charlene was so professional and it felt like she really cared and wanted to really help us find a home( not all letting agents do this as you are just another tenant to them). So we’ll done Charlene and team at Sinclair Hamilton for helping us find a home and get through the referencing with ease. Highly recommend this company and thank you.

I am only sad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Katie & Megan whom I dealt with November of last year when I rented my flat out in Bromley (Widmore Road). With our wedding actually only being able to take place this year things got a tad busy!

I was incredibly nervous about renting my flat out post an awful experience with another agency for the rental of my Mum's, but Katie whom I met with first, immediately put me at ease as she went through the entire process with me.

Both Katie and subsequently Megan too, guided me carefully through the whole process and needless to say my flat was rented out for the price that I was looking for after the first viewing. The official pictures had not even been taken at that stage!!

I took the one year rent option which meant that I was sorted for the year without any worries and supported through the paperwork from end to end.

Aside from the amazing service, they were incredibly lovely to deal with and I noted their kindness and honest approach.
