Recently bought a new build apartment and very happy with the outcome. Liz from Acorn was very helpful, always able to assist where possible.

Completion date was moved back a few times and was very close to my mortgage offer expiring which could have been significantly damaging, but Liz did everything she could to ensure I had the keys in time to avoid this issue. Overall pleased with the outcome, even if it was at times stressful. Would advise for anybody else looking for a property.

Recently we bought our first home with Acron. As this was our first time we had many difficulties, Liz supported us and helped us with a lot of it. She did her best to make sure we got our property. Many thanks to Liz and the Acron team.

We just moved into our property about a week ago. We received excellent customer service when dealing with Acorn New Homes. Samantha and Madeline specifically were exceptional and nothing was a problem for them.They were both very easy to deal with and this made things easier for us in completing our home. At no point was the discussion hostile or difficult. Samantha and Madeline was focussed on ensuring we were happy with everything and couldn’t have done more for us. I would definitely recommend.

I am a first time buyer and purchased a flat in Sidcup. Liz helped me throughout the process making it as simple as possible communicating with solicitor and mortgage advisor throughout making the process as enjoyable and stress free as can be. Richard the building manager was also great help in dealing with snags or problems occurred on moving in and dealt with them swiftly.

As a first time buyer, we had no clue about the process. Sammy has been absolutely amazing. Professional and super bubbly; guiding us from the very beginning. She has put us at ease throughout the whole process.

We didn't go with the recommended solicitor as we thought we could save about ￡800 for going with an external solicitor...biggest regret. (Highly recommend anyone buying a new build home to use the recommended solicitor - would save you the anxiety and headache!)

We ended up with the most awful firm who left us in the dark, never answered our calls, missed documents and deadlines! Our solicitor also took advantage of our naivety and blamed us for not supplying certain documents. We called Acorn as we had missed the first deadline and this is where we couldn't thank Sammy enough! She was like Miss Marple and we discovered that our rubbish solicitor was just giving us all lip-service. In the end we managed to complete with the tightest deadline ever as all offices were closing up for Christmas and our DD mandate was missing as our solicitor never sent it to us! Sammy worked her magic and called some people to expedite our process within 2 hours! Incredible as we have been told the usual turn around for such forms to be approved etc would be 2-3 days.
After about 5 months from when we first viewed the flat to completion, we got the keys and moved in just after Christmas 2021.
