A few minutes ago I had an unpleasant conversation on the phone,
poor hasty service not at all professional, it is not possible for such a rude person to work for a estate agent.
I was just sking to make an appointment to see a property he didn't let me finish talking with a bad attitude.
This person doesn't know how to do this job and doesn't even know how to approach people professionally for any other type of customer service. Tu si na cos'enutile cuinnutu e zaurdu!(Besides all, it is so evident that the beautiful 5-star reviews are made by your friends and relatives)

Poor service given by this firm and Sim. Wanted to book an appointment to see a property to rent they represent, they cancelled the viewing as they did not get enough people interested/confirming for the day. Spoke to a rep called Sim, awful attitude, said to me 'what's my problem?' My problem is, why rep a property if its too far for you to show it to a client?? Its your job to show property to clients you are putting up on renting sites. At this rate you won't get the job done for the landlord!
