Best decision I’ve made to have gone with Truuli. We instantly got offers on our house and with it being on the market for no longer than two weeks, It got sold. Fantastic job with a team of great personality, especially Michael whom has been phenomenal on selling the house and advising us every step of the way.

My neighbour has an identical maisonette to mine with the same conditions and as she put her property up she not only sold in a few months but sadly she sold it for much less as she went for another estate agent. While I sold it under two weeks for thousands more and that’s only because of how skilled and phenomenal Truuli is at what they do. I wouldn’t have sold it so quick and got the offer I did (which I’m very happy with) without the help of Truuli.

Michael Anthony at Truuli was attentive and driven from the outset, going above and beyond to bring in positive viewings. He worked hard to find us a buyer and made the process feel straight forward for us. We initially used Michael as part of a dual estate agent listing, and it was quickly evident that Michael was bringing in more interest and working much harder than the other agent, evidenced by his ability to find us a buyer quickly.

Whilst most pitched a similar marketing strategy and commission fee, we felt that Truuli could offer a more personable service, and we're so glad we opted for a smaller firm.

It would have been easy to try and win the business by marketing the property at an overinflated price, but he knew the market well and managed our expectations. His approach was refreshing.
