Elliot lee has been nothing but unprofessional since making contact. They will spam your inbox, whatsapp and phone numbers with irrelevant messages from their woefully undertrained staff at an alarming rate.

They'll chase rent that's already been paid every month whilst insisting it's your fault they are unable to internally verify this.

Happy to offer their services to night time workers so you will never get any sleep with the stampeding down the hall and the tumble dryer running at all hours, not to mention constant interruptions from the fire alarms.

They appear to only ever send cleaners to their properties before an arranged viewing. The communal areas are left absolutely filthy 95% of the time. The cleaner has been three times in the seven months I've been a tenant with this agency.

It took 6 weeks to collect the disgustingly filthy furniture we had agreed would be removed from the property before the tenancy began and provided me with an upside down blood stained mattress to sleep on.

Elliot Lee Perform frequent inspections with zero warning. They have never provided the legally required notice before showing up at the properties both themselves and when they send contractors. It is not uncommon for someone to show up at the door expecting to be let in.

Complaints are ignored or dismissed. Maintenance doesn't happen. Previous tenants have mentioned their struggle do reclaim deposits despite the legally required 'deposit protection scheme.'

If you complain about these things, their manager On-the-ball-Paul will tell you to calm down and have a beer. Maybe it's all the beers that are the problem Paul?!

On the positive side, I do like my little flat. Good location, nice size good layout and Bills are included with the fairly reasonable (for the area) rent.

This estate agents doesn’t respond to emails nor do they have a direct line which you can speak to advisor to find a property you have registered for.
Absolutely a waste of time, especially when you need to find a property to rent asap.
They need to be assessed.

I think google need to give the opportunity to rate with -5 stars because they do not deserve even 1 star. I have been in the UK for 6 years and i always had the best experience with all the agencies until i came across with Elliot Lee in order to rent a house. At the beginning the agents were so helpful and kind with me, until i rent the house, and then they do not even care if i was able to live in the property. I was reporting a lot of issues and a lot of living condition situation problems, but they did not care. After reporting a lot of times that I can not live in the property based on the uninhabitable condition, one of the agent came to see what i was reporting for and i was asking to brake my contract because most of the nights i was living in a friend house because as i mentioned before i was unable to live because there agents did not inform me at the beginning for the issues of the house because the only thing that they cared of was to get there commission. Their agent was so unpolite and mocker and he did not even care about my health and safety in the property and he was making fun of me that i can not leave the property because i had a contract with them and in order to leave i would need to pay the rent until the end of my agreement and also pay penalty and they would also get my deposit. For them i was just a source of money but i am glad and thankful that i had a landlord that he was watching me as a human and he understood the issues that i had and he forced them to brake my contract and i left without any penalty. This is my story and my review for the worst estate agent in the UK. I think, in order to become an agent in elliot lee you need to be rejected from Tesco. I read some reviews and i saw that if the review is negative, they reporting it to google as a fake review, but i can provide evidence of what i am talking about to the agency manager and i can also give names of their agents, something that i did not want to do in a google review.

I had a great experience with Elliot Lee, Preyen Patel was extremely professional and resourceful. I would 100% recommend their services and their staff.
