STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! FRAUDS AND CROOKS! ESPECIALLY THE OWNER ZAIN! THE MOST AWFUL ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS

Absolute crooks. Found a squatting tenant which has occupied our property for 2 years now whilst we were abroad. Cannot return back to the UK because they have continued to make promises that they've broken.

Communication with Albany has been appalling. Claiming downed email systems for month-late responses and at best, emails are as informative as their service; useless.

Only time they are willing to respond is when they are asking for extra money to do extra work on the property.

Asma, Rita et al, absolutely useless in helping with any situation except making false promises to get their 10% commission every month.

Avoid at all costs. Any shred of professionalism and decency in this agency is non-existant.

This Estate Agency is absolutely terrible. It has been over a month and I have not recieved my deposit back. When I called up the receptionist just giggled and thought it was funny. When I called their plaistow branch and she promised to return my call and never did. I have now had to get a solicitor to get my money back.
I would not recommend them to anyone because they will scam you for your deposit.

If I could give zero starts - I would do it!! Team member Anita, very rude ! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this agency!
