Me and my partner had signed up to sell our property via 99 home a few days back and i still couldn't believe this thing could be without a catch but after signing up as the first viewing happened on the third day ,we now have 2 good offers already and are awaiting another one. The whole team is always accessible, super friendly and really honest. I would definitely like to recommend my friends to go with 99home

And again this company never fails to surprises me. One of my listings has not been appearing on Rightmove to which I have paid £249.00. The customer service aspect is one of the worst I have witnessed.

There are better companies to use that offer the same service such as Upad.

Used 99 Home to buy my first home. Akash was more than helpful, calling me to give regular updates and always being on hand to answer any questions. Was a bit apprehensive at first at the thought of using an online estate agent but Akash put my mind at ease straight away. Very very helpful and will definitely use 99 home again if I need to.

I was lucky enough to have the whole process looked after by a gentleman called Vijay. He made everything simple and straight forward. He was also there for any questions or queries. He went above and beyond to accommodate both mine and my partners needs, as we were restricted to view the property until after work hours. After using different estate agents in the past I can say this was by far the BEST service I have ever received and will look to use them again in the future if possible. We where also amazed to find out there was no referencing fee or admin fee!!
