Hunters Estate & Letting Agents Sidcup

I can't recommend Hunters enough! Mark & Matt were super helpful throughout the whole process for me and my partner as a first time buyers. They we're great at keeping us informed throughout unlike other estate agents we've communicated with in the local area. I would definitely use Hunters again based on this smooth experience.

I have just moved house using Hunters Sidcup and they were brilliant! Matt was so positive and helpful during the viewing and when we decided the property was right for us, Matt began the process quickly and kept us updated at each stage of the move.

Amanda also helped us with the moving process and when she heard we had a tight deadline for moving, made an extra effort to make calls to organise the move and kept me up to date on how things were moving along. She was incredibly helpful. It has to be the best experience with a letting agency I've had.

The icing on the cake? After such a wonderful experience moving, they prepared 2 gift boxes for us on the day we picked up keys!

We've rented through Hunters Sidcup for a few years and we've never had any issues. As a tenant they are easy to deal with, quick to fix issues any maintenance issues (via their online booking system) and are responsive. They're also easy to deal with and reasonable with all requests.

I'd really recommend Hunters. Having had the displeasure of being a tenant with some pretty grotty firms in the past.
They're certainly one of the good ones!

Would like to say a massive thank you to Mark! He helped us buy our first family home. Mark was able to help us find the perfect home which ticked all the boxes in what we was looking for. He is not pushy in trying to sell you any house on the market but instead to find the perfect home for you. Through the whole process he was there helping all the way to ensure everything was moving on swiftly. Also, he’s so friendly that you feel very comfortable to reach out about any questions you have. If ever things started to slow down, give mark a call and suddenly everything starts to move again. 10/10 service, I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Recently purchased my first home through Hunters and I would highly recommend them! Matt was my main contact throughout. He was great at keeping me up to date and made me feel very at ease considering this was all new to me!

I needed to find a flat at short notice. When I spoke to Mark he assured me he would find me somewhere… And he delivered on his promise. Arranged a viewing with Matt at short notice and Amanda helped getting me through the referencing and other formalities quickly and smoothly. Fabulous teamwork. Nice little welcome pack too. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Sold our house with Hunters recently and have also bought and sold with them over the years. Mark, Matt, Amanda and Susanna are simply an amazing team. Great advice from the start and updates throughout the process - you cannot ask for more. HIGHLY recommend.
